In addition to our guarantee on the craftsmanship of our products, we also have an easy 30-day return policy for any products still in un-opened, un-damaged, perfectly resalable condition.

And of course, if the return is due to any error on our part or any product defect, we will cover the return shipping as well as the exchanged product shipping, if necessary, and do everything we can to make up for the inconvenience. We are also able to issue a "call-tag" arranging for UPS to pick the box up from your house.
